Travel Advisories:

If you are coming in by Air:

  • The Jolly Grant airport is oddly placed and is very distant (appx 2hrs) from the campus.
  • A cab to UPES Bidholi Campus can be availed at the airport cab station, which will cost ~ INR 1400-2000.
  • EV Cabs to UPES Bidholi Campus will cost ~INR 1000 & can be availed by pre-booking at the following number – +91 8510056622.
  • During the Conference, Pickup and Drop Bus services will be available between Nanda ki Chowki to Campus (Venue) . Pickup 8:00 AM from Nanda ki Chowki to Venue, Drop: as per last hour on the conference schedule.

If you are coming by Rail:

  • The Dehradun Railway station is centrally located within Dehradun City. (1 hr from UPES Bidholi Campus)
  • You can avail an auto from the Railway station to UPES Bidholi Campus, which will cost ~INR 500.

Milestones you will find on your way to UPES Bidholi Campus: 

Prem Nagar -> Nanda Ki Chowki -> Pondha -> Kandholi -> Bidholi.
