We invite you to submit proposals for workshops at India HCI 2021. Workshops are a gathering place for attendees with shared interests in the field to meet in the context of a focused and interactive discussion. They are an opportunity of bringing together design researchers and design practitioners in academia, public sector, business and industry. The theme for this year's edition is “Designing for Disruption” (please see the main conference page to know more about the theme).
Workshops are interactive sessions where participants collaborate and work on a common topic. Unlike courses, workshops enable both organizer(s) and participants to contribute. Each workshop should generate ideas that will give the HCI community a new, organized way of thinking about the topic or suggest promising directions for future work.
All submissions will go through a curation process. The submissions will be judged on the clarity of the proposal and relevance of the topic with the conference theme. Workshop proposals will not be archived. The workshop coordinators will retain all rights to the workshop materials and proposal. India HCI will reserve the right to use the proposal for promotional and record keeping purposes.
Workshop Registration Fees for Organizers: TBA
