Submission Format

Submissions can be made as explained below.

Extended Abstract: Authors will submit an anonymized paper (6 pages maximum) written in the ACM Paper Format (mentioned below), with the following components: research motivation, literature review, methods, findings and discussion. Submissions not meeting the page limit or formatting requirements will be automatically disqualified. This document should be submitted as a single PDF and the file must be no larger than 10 Mb in size.

Video: Paper submissions may be accompanied by videos of any length up to a maximum of 5 minutes and less than 90 MB. The video should effectively communicate the research motivation and question, method, findings and discussion. Submit your videos on EasyChair with your paper submission.

Eligibility Guidelines

You must be a current undergraduate, master, and doctoral student not completing your studies before the 2020-2021 academic year. Faculty members or professionals who may have contributed as guides or supervisors should be acknowledged separately, and should NOT be listed as “authors” of the submission. The best submissions will be showcased in a session during the conference.

Proof of student status: All authors must submit notes signed by their academic supervisor/head of school to srcchairindiahci@gmail.com with the title of their paper as the subject line. All authors must send their proof of active student status as one zip file.

ACM Paper Format

All authors should submit manuscripts in the ACM Paper Format using Microsoft Word Template, LaTeX Template, or Overleaf.

[Please note that the Microsoft Word Template contains invisible meta-tags related to the paper format and structure. While writing the paper authors are requested to add their content without altering any format and structure of the template.]
