India HCI 2010 and IDID 2010 is now open for registration. Registered student volunteers attend the conference (and a choice of one workshop / tutorial) for free. All participants other than student volunteers must register to attend the conference and / or the pre-conference tutorials and workshops. You can register only for a tutorial or a workshop if you prefer (though we encourage you to register for the whole conference). For each accepted paper and design case study, at least one author must register to attend the conference by February 19, 2010.

The conference offers 15% discount for fees received till February 19, 2010.

Register
Fill out this form to register for the conference. You will be allotted a registration ID which will also be forwarded to you by email. The email will confirm your event, payment choice, currency and the pay-by date.

Pay Fees
Once you have registered, please ensure that you pay your registration fees on time. If your payment reaches us late, you will need to pay the difference at the conference. There are four payment options

  • Traditional demand draft / banker's cheque payable in Mumbai (INR or USD. We will assume 1 USD = 44.5 INR.)
  • Online bank transfer from within India (INR)
  • Online bank transfer from outside India (USD. We will assume 1 USD = 44.5 INR.)
  • Credit card through PayPal (in USD. 5.26% service charges extra.)

Once we receive your payment, we will send you an email confirmation. A paper reciept will be handed over to you during the conference.

Cancellations
We will accept cancellations till March 14, 2010. Exchange of registration is not permitted. Please review our cancellation policy.
