Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your registration for India HCI 2010 / IDID 2010 till 6 days before the conference. After the following deductions, we will refund you the balance amount as soon as possible:

• If you cancel on or before February 19, 2010, 25% of the amount paid will be retained towards administrative expenses and the balance 75% will be returned to you.
• If you cancel on or before March 14, 2010, 50% of the amount paid will be retained towards administrative expenses and the balance 50% will be returned to you.
• If you cancel after March 14, 2010, you will not recieve any refunds.

Exchange of registration is not permitted.

If a tutorial or a workshop that you have registered for gets cancelled for any reason, 100% of the fees that you have paid for that tutorial or workshop will be refunded to you. After that, if you wish to register for another tutorial we will try to get you a preferential treatment (contact register@indiahci.in).
