The HCIPAI Symposium Steering Committee is currently accepting proposals from institutions interested in hosting the HCIPAI Symposium. The deadline for proposal submissions is August 31, 2025.

Interested parties should submit their proposals according to the prescribed proposal template. All submissions should be sent via email to wricha@indiahci.org with the subject line “Proposal and budget for hosting HCIPAI Symposium”.
