The India HCI Steering Committee accepts proposals for hosting the India HCI conferences from interested individuals and institutions. Proposals are accepted all throughout the calendar year but are bagged (only once in a year) for review by the Steering Committee on 1st of August each year.

Please submit (a) your proposal and (b) an estimated budget as per the prescribed templates ( proposal and budget). Send your submissions as emails to abhishek[at]indiahci[dot]org with the subject line “Proposal and budget or hosting India HCI Conference”.
