When to pay via bank transfer?
We primarily rely on our payment gateway (Razorpay) to process purchases on our website. However, in certain scenarios, you might have to transfer the total purchase amount to us via bank transfer. Two common scenarios when you might want to pursue this approach are given below:
- Payment gateway is unable to process any payments due to technical error
- Payment gateway is unable to process your credit or debit card and the other modes of payments allowed by the payment gateway (UPI/Netbanking/Digital Wallet) is not available to you
Instructions
- Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout
- Choose Bank Transfer from the payment method
- Transfer the Grand Total to HCIPAI (account details given below)
- Enter the Transaction Code that you received from your bank and Pay
- You will receive a confirmation mail from our side
- The purchased items will be marked as "Verifying" in your account
- After we receive the transferred amount, the purchased items will be marked as "Purchased" and you will receive another confirmation mail from our side
